"Great service"

"Free coffee,and staff are helpful"

"The staff was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately after my first night there I noticed bed bug bites. I demanded to be moved to a fully sanitized room, which they did--but sanitization should happen preventively, not in response to bad customer experiences. There is no desk and no chair, so it's hard to do any work in the room. The sheets are threadbare. None of it is a dealbreaker except for the bed bugs. Thankfully my following 5 nights in the new room there was no problem."

"A decent and well maintained hotel at 林口, well priced and provides amenities that fit your needs. The open snack bar was a highlights if you would like to enjoy some sweets and coffee while during the day."

"I love this hotel"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was especially spacious and well maintained. The gym was well equipped and very useful during my stay. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to use the pool because it was closed due to the weather. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with a hair salon reservation, recommending excellent dinner spots, and even calling to check availability for various...

"I would certainly recommend this hotel for the fantastic stay and very close to MRT station and they also had food amenities in the second floor."

"This hotel may have been one of the best stays I’ve had. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they were always willing to help and answered all my questions clearly. I also loved the location and amenities. Having a laundry room was something that was a plus given that I was going to another country after Taiwan. I would recommend and would stay again in the future."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the wooden tub in the room was a really nice touch. They gave us a custom made keychain with our name on it that was really cool as well and a great souvenir. We would definitely stay here again."
