"This hotel was very large, with lots of steps to get anywhere. Only one pool was heated, the smaller pool, and the beds around that pool filled quickly. The food for British visitors was limited and the one shop was not permitted to sell drinks. We were able to purchase water from reception, but other than the bars, there is nothing else local. "Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Das Essen ist jedoch sehr verbesserungsbedürftig, sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität. Das Personal im Restaurant sollte aufmerksamer sein. Das Geschirr war oft nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Tische waren länger nicht eingedeckt obwohl die Gäste warteten. Bei der 2.Eindeckung am Abend gab es zB keine Stoffservietten mehr. Einmal habe ich beobachtet, dass unbenutztes Besteck für die nächsten Gäste wieder verwendet wurde."

"Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience "

"It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, however there are bugs everywhere in the room. The food was surprisingly ok, although at times hard and cold. We weren’t given the warmest welcome and then were placed and the other end of the hotel; furthest possible point. It was quite evident as to why. Would I return? No.Many Thanks for your services "
