"Smelly bed. Sad pool."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable though the pillow was lumpy. I slept well with the quiet air conditioning keeping the room cool. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. The included breakfast was a nice touch."

"Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gut. Zimmer geräumig mit Balkon und Blick auf die Berge, aber Ausstattung eher einfach, gutes Bett Sehr schöner Spa mit Reservierung dadurch hatten wir es zur alleinigen Benutzung"

"A estadia superou todas as expectativas. A habitação possui decoração impecável, estrutura planejada nos mínimos detalhes para uma experiência singular e bem aconchegante (lareira, jogos, TV, camas confortáveis, churrasqueira, piscina). "The lodging was well maintained and fit our needs perfectly, including an elevator to the first floor for my husband with bad knees. Staff was attentive to any requests. Rooms were spacious and equipped with all our needs. Breakfast was substantial and beautifully presented. A perfect central locations to do day trips to 4 other northern Aldeias Historicas."

"Have stayed here many times over the last three years, Lovely he staff and large rooms - all furniture and bathrooms need refurbishment everything is old and worn out No light in shower Breakfast is great and staff and great"

"Hotel unfortunately is very run down and not kept up. Dirty and smell. Would not recommend staying. Worse hotel I have ever stayed at."

"Staff were excellent at the front desk, gave us a welcome drink and a full tour of the facilites. Restaurant staff could use some training and a better process for servicing the tables. Hotel is clean, quiet and secure. Pool area with sauna and Turkish bath is very nice."
