"This is a lovely hotel and was one of the nicest we have stayed in while in japan. The rooms are large, modern and very clean. I found the staff at reception and also in the bar to be extremely helpful and they went out of their way to help us offering help without even needing to be asked. "Amazing location right on the front of Lake Kawaguchi. Our room had an amazing view of the lake and was walking distance to dining options, transportation, and convenience stores. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel was a little older than other hotels I’ve stayed at during my stay in Japan but it was still clean. The rooms were spacious and even included a living area! Great for large groups traveling. Overall I highly recommend and most definitely will stay here again! "
