"友人3人と和室に宿泊しました。
お布団が薄くて眠りにくかったのと、部屋の温度調整が上手くいかず蒸し暑かったのが残念でしたが、お値段相応でした。
お風呂が開放感があってとても良くて、朝にぜひ入って欲しいです。朝日と海を見ながらの入浴は最高でした。"

"We booked this hotel.com but when we reached hotel at 7pm the receptionist told there's no booking under my name.
We have been waited at the front desk for more than 20mins & requested the hotel to call hotel.com to vertify. After few people ( I think including the manager ) checked few times & eventually found out.
We got a very bad perception to both the hotel & hotel.com. We don't know which part have problems. And those people at the front desk cannot speak English well & we cannot...
