Stayed 2 nights but had no housekeeping services. We were out all day and by the time we got back to hotel it was too late. Upon checking out reception told us it has to be requested and we should have been told that when checking in. No one told us. Very disappointing to say the least

The breakfast was very disappointing. We've stayed at Hyatt Place's prior, and the breakfast was fine (and included with the stay).
