"Terrible , no fridge my entire stay and I asked everyday. Ac barely works if works at all.elevators full and take 15 mins a load . Valet is $50 a night , it’s a bougie red roof inn. Not worth it at all. I’ll never stay here again "

"Room was clean, and spacious. The staff was polite, helpful (we needed first aid supplies and they gave us what they had), no problem giving us extra pillows. Breakfast was okay, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, some fruit, French toast sticks, bagels, toast, juice, coffee, milk. The TV didn’t work the majority of the time due to bad WiFi service and we had a 2 year old who really needed to watch a little bit of TV to wind down, 80-90% of time we were in the room, the TV didn’t work. The proximity to the Georgia Aquarium was very convenient, we were able to walk to the entrance easily, and we were able to leave the car valet parked (which is required) until 3pm in the afternoon (even though checkout time was 12pm, so it was really nice not to have to worry about moving the car and paying for additional parking somewhere else. (If we had not been back by 3m, it was only an extra $20 for the rest of the day, which is still a good deal. If visiting Atlanta, especially to see the Georgia Aquarium, I’d most likely stay here again, but it would be really nice if the TV/wifi worked. "

"I checked in on a Sunday evening and was told breakfast ends at 10am. When my wife and I went to breakfast Monday morning at 9:30am, we were told loudly by the staff that breakfast closed at 9:30am. I told her the desk clerk told us it ended at 10am. She said it closes at 10am on weekends; weekdays, they close at 9:30. So wrong information from the desk clerk and very rude the way the staff told us it was closed. She was like scolding us for coming at 9:30 when it ended at 9:30. It was very unprofessional and rude. Even though we didn’t eat breakfast there, that incident left a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be back. I’ll spend my hard earned money else where. "

"This was an okay place to stay within a 20-minute walk of the convention center. ALERT- keep a close eye on charges to your credit card. After paying upon check-in there were numerous extra charges to my card, even after we checked out of the property. There was no damage to our room, or extra service, etc. that we required, so this was alarming. I called and spoke with the manager who said he'd fix things but then there were more charges to my card, totalling ~$400 extra. Now my credit card company is investigating and disputing charges."
