Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. "Pas de déception. Nous y avions séjourné quelques jours fin 2025 et avons pu constater la différence - ménage fait tous les jours - propreté- aimabilité au niveau de l'accueil. Petit déjeuner correct.
Nous avons pensé qu'il y a certainement eu un changement de personnel, notamment au niveau gérance"

"We arrived at 8pm, having called in advance to advise of our arrival time.
We had booked a table in the restaurant at 8.30pm (the final sitting according to the website).
We were disappointed to hear the restaurant was shut when we arrived.
We were offered no refreshments (our booking stated a welcome drink)- the village was very quiet with only a burger place open so we had very little choice to get something to eat.
Would not return."
