"The place was incredible very welcoming staff, and beautiful views. The housekeeping staff was so nice, I left my beach towel over the balcony to dry, the wind was pretty bad the next day and blew my towel off the balcony and I asked to see if it was possible to get it back, and after like ~10 minutes, she retrieved it. I forget her name but she was so nice and so helpful! Upon check in John (I believe his name was) gave us a coupon for free minigolf which was so kind."

"The room was clean. The Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I require mobility scooters, and the rental company delivered the scooters to the wrong property, across the street. The Staff retrieved the scooters for us, although they did not have to. The room had a wonderful beach view. We were able to watch the Air Show from our balcony. It was a very nice vacation."

"This hotel is a facade. It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. All that and...

"Stayed one night just to not have to continue a long drive - Smelled musty and honestly, like pee as well. Looked like the sheets were yellow, and the whole place made me feel like I had to itch all night. Stains almost everywhere. And if you have a larger car, good luck with the parking. Staff was super nice, just not a nice place to stay (even just for a night to sleep)…. Hopefully they change all these issues, But if not, good luck to whoever chooses this hotel :/"

"I love that all the rooms are beachfront and easy access to the beach and you can stay up to 11pm on the beach, no violent activity nice and quiet and no trash laying around in or outside of hotel, I love how they have employees standing by to help you take your luggage to your room I did not like no free WiFi thankfully I was able to get WiFi for my laptop from my iPhone, for the most part I prefer Hilton Garden my choice of hotel"

"For the price it was, it was exactly what i expected. everything was kind of clean for the most part BUT, there were hairs on the pillows and bed. Miscellaneous spots on the sheets and on the shower curtain. The bathroom sink hot water nob was completely broke. I turned it on and it fell off.. it seems they just throw it back on and call it a day. some of the “ clean “ towels had spots on them, only a few not all. Overall, our stay was a 5/10. Beach is close and so is food spots that’s a plus....
