The kindness and warmth my daughter and I experienced at this hotel was unprecedented. Breakfast was included and was unexpected and appreciated. We loved the roof top patio and even tried the pool amidst an unexpected rain shower. Clean and pleasant.

I booked this hotel for a 5 night stay in Madeira but wanted somewhere with parking so had to go a bit outside the main city. Hotel has easy parking, the rooms were clean and well presented. Staff were super friendly and always happy to answer questions. I had a meal at the restaurant one night too which was good. The walk down to the city was easy enough. The walk back up was a little harder (given up hill all the way) but great for my exercise and fitness. Breakfast was standard Europe hotel breakfast - good selection and they didn't run out. They also offered a picnic breakfast if you want to go out early morning (just ask the day before).

Unterkunft ist toll, sauber, Zimmer modern eingerichtet, Lage gut, mit Blick auf das Meer, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück sehr gut, Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Pool klein aber schön, reicht für eine Abkühlung. Dachterrasse und Loungeecken sehr schön. Die Lage von unserem Balkon war ungünstig, Von der Terrasse des Restaurant hatte man freien Blick darauf, man konnte nicht in Ruhe und ohne Blicke der Gäste dort sitzen. Die Musik vom Restaurant war manchmal etwas nervig. In die Altstadt zu Fuss schon etwas weit. Würden aber wieder kommen.
