"There is limited car charging in the parking area which was super convenient. The room was clean however the refrigerator was not working. Called it in, no one came. Very nice hotel and location."

"We were travelling with 2 dogs and the hotel layout with a building at the back was very good for getting them in and out. Room was clean and easily kept clean due to tile floors. It was a stop along our journey for a summer holiday and we were very happy with the selection."

"The staff that I spoke to were amazing and helpful however, the room itself was not available until two hours after check-in. Also, the toilet did not flush appropriately as it wouldn’t flush pee, however, was flush harder substances."

"Staff was welcoming and helpful. Location was the absolute best! Close to the water, Notre Dame, great options for dining. Our suite was perfect! Very comfortable beds, a/c that kept us cool in the intense heat wave! Loved having the ability to cook or reheat and a big enough fridge and freezer if we needed it. In room laundry as well. Just a 10++ experience!"

"Very nice hotel, the staff is very nice and helpful...great location. Did not eat in any of the restaurants, but I would recommend going up to the roof deck on a nice day. Only reasons I gave 4 stars is the elevator is extremely slow and small (which I don't think they can do anything about) and the pillows are very hard."

"Located right in the heart of the city, walking distance to Notre dame basilica and old port.. Access to parking, lift, room, pool area, sauna etc. using same access card.. Rooms are ample with all necessary amenities..All clean.. I loved staying here..♥️"
