"I was at your apartments for 3 weeks on which we received an excellent service from the cleaning/ food/tecnical/transportation/bar/ front desk staff. We were very impressed by the clean and professional uniforms they were wearing all the time. Une thing I will recommend and that is to have inside the courtyard an small mini store to purchase toiletries instead of going out of facility with the typical traffic congestion and my other suggestion is to install security bars on showers specifically...

"I went for a surgery and the people was "great ", they helped me a lot. If you ask me I come back I will say yes. I dont care if the building is old that makes it more special. Only problem I saw when you order something you have to go to the parking or if you come in taxi they have to leave you in the front at the parking even if you come with many bags. The security guys are mean and so rude, not all but a few they are."

"I when there for a surgery. The person from Front Desk was kind enough to make the exception to bring breakfast up since I was not able to go down. It was a nice gesture as they don’t have the staff to do this.I do think it would be nice if they had some items already in the kitchen. There was no pots and pans or any utensils to make food. Not even plates they did brought certain things up upon request but it’s a pain to do this so having some basic things already in the room would be nice"
