"Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes.
The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested.

Gabala Yengice Thermal ResortGabala
6.6 trên 10, (4 nhận xét)
"The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, my experience was not very good. During the rain, there were several roof leaks inside the building. The spa was satisfactory, but the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor food quality, and some items did not seem fresh. Overall, the hotel requires improvement, and based on my experience, I would not stay here again."

"The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. "
