"Well located with a nice pool. The room was spacious, comfortable and the outdoor shower and bathroom were nice. We didn't experience the restaurant as there were private functions on the evenings we stayed but we found some great places to eat near by with recommendations from the staff and friends of ours. Very convenient for the Robert Louis Stevenson house and for adventures over the hill to the south coast, whilst also only 5mins drive from Apia town center. Parking at the hotel was easy...

"We arrived late and left early in the morning so our stay was a short one. The cabin was clean and comfortable with great A/C, and the staff were really accommodating of our late checkin, we would have loved to stay longer."

The Spa at the resort was excellent, especially massage and face treatment. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday."

"Worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in, shower leaked flooding the bathroom flood, then toilet leaked toilet water all over the floor. Requested a room change which was not able to fulfilled. So disappointed & disgusted with this resort we ended up finding alternative accommodation and not staying the two nights. Do not stay here!"

"Great resort option! We chose this place because it advertised nice pools and great beach front/reef to snorkel at. We got more than we bargainined for- starting with the lovely staff, very helpful and friendly- we didnt know at the tim eof booking but RTP is samoan owned and run. "The resort does seem to be the most up market in the area but it has a long way to go before it rates as well as a 5 star resort at say, Fiji. The rooms are nice but are not regularly deep cleaned. Washing machine and shower frames all dirty. The beds are terrible, I asked for a new mattress but it was no better. They are noisy with any movement, you can feel the springs and they are very firm. The shower head holder in my room was broken, reported it and maintenance replaced the head but left...
