"Short walk to metro then 15 to 20 minute ride to central Vienna. Suburban area okay but not great. Local supermarkets, pubs and shops were convenient. Check in as per instructions but confusing anddifficult to navigate. No staff on site. Spacious room and appreciated dishwasher and washing machine. Shower was leaky and no u bend under kitchen sink resulting in unpleasant odour if plug was not inserted."

"部屋はホテル提供の写真の通りきれいな状態です。チェックインとチェックアウトの時だけフロントを通り、普段の出入りはアパートのエレベータで直接出入りができます。大型冷蔵庫とキッチンがあり長期滞在向き。ただし他の方のコメントにある通りカーテンがないので、暗くないと寝れない人は要注意ですね。近くにスーパーが3種類あり、食べ物屋さんもばっちり。鉄道駅もバス停もトラムもそろっているのでアクセスには困らないです。"

"No matter how many times I go there a year they never keep any details to help the lengthy check-in process. No way to do it online whether on their site or any link. The prices go up and the value goes down. You get less and less each year. But they have a kitchen and good location for me so I keep going back."

"First of all, the worst part: bed linens and pillows had stains, hair from other guests and didn't smell like they were clean, gross. The apartment is dark, with bad ventilation and lots of basic kitchen utensils could have been provided like paper towels, a dry cloth, better knifes... "Clean and spacious property, not far from the airport. It has a lovely small town feel. Our apartment was fully equipped with everything we could need. There was so much closet space for storage. The washer in room was great, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Parking underneath was convenient. Would love to stay longer next time!"

"The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me. I also couldn't access wifi when I...
