"Excellent petit déjeuner très varié et service parfait "

"Close to the port if you’re cruising. Beautiful marina view. Restaurant n bar onsite which helps when you’re not familiar with area. Walking distance to city center where lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. We got upgraded to the best room in the house with a huge balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great place!!!"

"Property was great and in a great location near Les Docks. Check-in was very smooth even though we were 2 hours early. We noticed some stains on the chair in the room but the rest was very clean."

"Pas de rangement pour les affaires .Une seule table de nuit. Une lampe de chevet inutilisable.Le système de la tablette relevée ne laisse plus aucun passage dans la chambre. Le plus déplaisant la salle du petit déjeuner inconfortable, trop petite, promiscuité++++.Les produits proposés pour le petit déjeuner étaient globalement variés et bons à l'exception de la salade de fruits et de la compote de pommes trop bas de gamme industrielle. Dommage"

"Mein Zimmer A405 war schön und sauber. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und Busbahnhof von Le Havre. Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, und der Strand von Le Havre ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Ich hatte an der Rezeption nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt und konnte keinen Lärm wahrnehmen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, besonders wenn es Probleme gibt. Nach dem Auschecken kann man sein Gepäck in einem Schließfach abstellen. Danke Sophie für dein...

"What a gem in Honfleur! Great location, close to shops, restaurants and points of interest. We were in the "newer" section of the hotel and had a wonderful, large room with a great view of the docks. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel provides very secure parking but take note that it is a 5-6 minute walk to the hotel from the lot."

"Plusieurs séjours professionnels réalisés dans cet hôtel. Alors oui ce n'est pas un palace... Mais au tarif de la nuit et des services proposés, on ne peut pas s'attendre à l'exceptionnel. Pour autant, le rapport qualité prix est incroyable ! Mention particulière au personnel d'accueil, qui a été particulièrement bienveillant et arrangeant. Un parking est également à disposition et un espace restauration. "

"Once we got there, we really enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was awesome and the room was nice. The staff very friendly. The construction in Honfleur during May 2026 made access to the hotel challenging, even on foot, since several streets which would normally afford access were closed. This should all be temporary. The hotel did a nice job of e-mailing and trying to advise on best places to park and how to get to the hotel."

"Property was OK and restaurant was good, but Novotel took a room charge deposit by credit card when I booked the room via Expedia. Then they insisted on full payment again when we left, saying that the deposit would be cancelled promptly. 3 weeks later the deposit is still showing as pending on my credit card account. Not acceptable."

"Tell other travellers not to go there, as no amenities in room, no tea/coffee making facilities, went for breakfast on first day and they ran out of food. The receptionist told us no more. 2nd day the sausage was raw, it looked like they had been boiled, rather than fried or grilled and not enough space to accommodate everyone in the breakfast room."
