"After reading how in the ghetto's in Africa, you have to be careful if you are white. We decided it was near airport as stated, but in a shanty town that was with even driving 10 minutes off the main road. There were no restaurants near, if we went out, we would have had to have an escort. The young woman in charge looked at us as if we were strange due to the fact, after seeing the location, we backed out of staying in the motel. It was the best home or business in the area that we saw. But...

The bed was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant smell, and the towels provided were old and worn out. Loud music played until 4:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. When I approached the receptionist, he explained that he had no authority...

"The house is a 15-20’ walk from the center. Difficult to communicate with the lady (no French, little English) but her husband speaks fluent French. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room."
