We paid for ocean view but they put us on floor 2. You definitely don’t have a view from there though. Be sure to ask for floor 4 or 5. Out toilet broke on the night and they did try to fix it. Caldera Beach
Last day we had to use the common showers at reception to get ready and they were in a very very poor condition! It was a complete disappointment and ruined the whole stay

Corinna Mare
Photos are much nicer than the real scenery around the pool. No ventilation for cooking facilities. It was ok but not fantastic.
