"We stayed in the quadruple room with a view of the city. The room and bathroom were clean! The room smelled fresh! The staff was friendly. We felt welcome. The location is amazing! Walkable to Edinburgh Castle and to many restaurants and shops! Being able to store our belongings before and after checkout was a nice perk. Will 100% stay at this property again."

"We were in a 2 bedroom cottage, it was well finished. Very comfortable, spacious. Convent for hotel. Good spa ( note spa not included with cottage) Hotel staff excellent. Food good. "

"Lovely apartment, needed to use washing machine/dryer & parking on site was useful. We stayed on ground floor that was also the entry to reception so was noisy with people using the same entrance in front of our door at night. As well as bedroom being on the footpath we had people stop in front of our window smoking & talking for awhile whilst we trying to sleep. Lucky we could move to the 2nd bedroom away from the footpath. A very nice place, very clean & staff were nice. Just suggest not staying on the ground floor. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Michael at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. As was the staff at the upstairs restaurant. Loved the stocked mini bar that was replenished daily and the location was central to everything you could want to access. Looking forward to coming back and staying again. "
