"Overall a very pleasant stay check in time was supposed to be 15.00 hrs but it room was not available until 16.00hrs but that was not a big problem, staff were polite and helpful, food all inclusive was good,pools were nice and clean rooms were a decent size and decor was nice and the showers were great and the beds were very comfortable. "Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."
