"Dry good check in when we arrived. Room was on first floor and near the lift so a little noisy. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was small, but had everything you needed. Water in the showers did run a little hot/cold as mentioned in previous reviews. Breakfast was good, it a little hit & miss; had expected at least a run down on the first day of how it worked - some tables offered tea/coffee by the waiters, some people shown to a table when first coming in…for a 5* would have...

"This hotel Not upto ritz Carlton standards. Air conditioning in rooms not functioning properly had to put an extra fan else was sweating. I was informed that the ac are not that effective in the rooms and are same in every room. Staff at reception completely lacked the hospitality"

"Smelled very stale, carpet stained, shower was very narrow and water leaked onto the floor. There was no lobby and parking was 3 floors underground. No one around after 5 pm"

"The hotel is great! Super location and friendly staff. A few things that we were not happy about: the lack of AC in the gym (was impossible to work out there) and the unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Our room was on the 1 floor, so maybe that was the reason but it constantly smelled like sewage, which was unpleasant. Also, the shower could be cleaner as there was a lot of calc on the shower heads. The rest was fine :) the nice lounge on the 7 floor was also very cool!"

"Todo relativamente bien hay que ser honestos muy padre hotel pero el aparcamiento se nos hizo excesivo ya que nosotros viajamos en moto y nos cobraron 25 euros por día por moto aún estando tres o más motos en un solo cajón. Éramos un grupo y a otros les faltó agua en la habitación y a otro no le funcionó el Aire acondicionado. Sabemos que todo puede pasar pero el tema del estacionamiento si fue sorpresivo"

"The location was great for our trip! The hotel is blocks away from Checkpoint Charlie, which meant we had easy access to restaurants, public transport, and shops. We brought a car and checking in and parking was a breeze since it was a few blocks away from the busier streets. There is a garage attached to the hotel, so we were able to take our bags from the car to the room without going back outside. Our room was large and had wonderful amenities (separate shower and stool areas, AC,...
