"Was caught off guard to find out that my room had access to the room next over and they had access to my room as well. Had to lock that door of course, I understand that there were no more rooms available for me to be switched but but I think that detail should have been communicated at the time of checking in, to avoid any confusion or discomfort. For the $200 deposit fee they charge the amenities are a bit questionable (at least when it comes to soap, conditioner, and body wash). And the sink seemed to be unclean. Overall not necessarily fond of my experience although short "

"I was looking for a conveniently located place to stay as well as affordable as I was in town for a tennis tournament at a nearby racquet club. The room was clean and the grounds were quiet. The staff was friendly as well!"

"Nice place to stay without hurting your wallet. Very comfortable and we can take our 2 small dogs with us. The rooms are always nice & clean; everything is so neat. Their rooms are spacious and most times there's even a little extra furniture; and carpeting (no more cold feet)! Good place to stay!"

"Stayed here on 5/12. About half of the property was under construction/renovation during our stay, so there was quite a bit of noise and we were unable to rest when we arrived. Our room had not yet been renovated and felt very outdated, so hopefully the updated rooms are an improvement. We also ran out of toilet paper late at night and had to walk to the reception area to get more, as no one offered to bring it to the room. What bothered me most was that this happened around 9 PM and there were two employees at the front, one of whom was sitting on the couch at the time. Another issue was that our TV did not work. I called while we were out and asked if someone could at least take a look at it or try to fix the issue, but I was simply told "no." That said, considering the price, the stay was not terrible. The location was convenient, check-in was quick, and they did allow us to check in three hours early at no extra charge, which I appreciated. However, knowing what I know now, I would personally spend a little more to stay somewhere better next time."
