"My husband had to work in Galveston and this was perfect for him. It was only a 5 minute drive to the office. I tagged along. Place was well kept and clean. Walls are thin but it is an old home and you can hear everything outside. The evenings were pretty much quite though you could hear a dog barking nearby and construction across the street by 8 o'clock a.m. They're building a new high school. I was able to sleep in a little on Sunday since there was no construction and the dog didn't...

"The property was great. I would recommend it, and would definitely stay there again for our family of 5. My only observation worth mentioning is that there were a couple homeless people wandering through the neighborhood. We never felt threatened or uncomfortable, but just be aware if that is something that may bother you. Overall though, we give it 5 stars. "
