"This beautiful historic B&B was a joy to stay at. The breakfast was so delicious and had a great variety of items to choose from. I was especially impressed that with son with allergies to nuts, soy and dairy was able to eat the breakfast!"

"Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. AC had no problem cooling the room. Bathroom was nice and water was hot. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from including a lot of coffee choices. Parking was right next to the hotel and was safe and secure for your vehicle. Hotel is located right next to a couple of really nice restaurant choices that you can walk to in under three minutes."

"My husband and I loved our stay at the Carr Mansion! This historical home was charming, clean, and comfortable. Joellyn was a fabulous host; she served delicious breakfast and offered several tips/ recommendations for activities around the island. The location of the home is near to several other historical landmarks/ museums, the Strand, and the Seawall. We highly recommend booking a stay at the Carr Mansion for a relaxing trip with a home-like feel that typical hotels just can’t match. We will...

"We like the hot breakfast but not the room. The switch wasn’t useful between the ceiling fan and the bathroom needs to be separately and the outside post lamp so bright throughout my window room, we can’t sleep even the curtains are unable to block the lights or close. Our stay were 50% disappointed"

"Our room was not clean and we found bed bugs on the bed. They only have one elevator in the whole building and we also got stuck in the elevator for 30 mins before maintenance could get us out. The photos online look nothing like IRL."

"Room had trash from the last person, as well as a used towel on the balcony. The walls were poorly painted with obvious spots missing. Mattress was thin and cheap. Breakfast was horrendous. Fitness room was used as some sort of “storage.” Whole property smelt and kinda just looked bad. Property looks nothing like the pictures"
