"We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. "It was a bit challenging to find the parking for this hotel so please research that before you go, but it is below the hotel but the roads to get to it were not easy to find. Besides that,, the check-in was great and the staff was wonderful and very polite and kind and they spoke English really well. The breakfast the following morning was amazing and one of the best we’ve had in Europe.!! the man who parked our car and retrieved our car was very nice and helpful as well. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom.. there was more than adequate air-conditioning in the room for this extremely hot summer. We are having.. The location was amazing near all the shops and restaurants and about a five minute walk down to the lake…. Really I would go here again without any hesitation.. the trains and the funicular were also right next to the hotel, making it easy if you needed to travel somewhere else easily. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.!!"
