"Air-conditioning was nice"

"The room was clean but the rest of the house was a bit of a mess. The fridge had food left in it and the garbage was foul smelling. There was dust on the fixtures, hair on the bathroom walls and the TV appears to be broken. The house had a general feeling of emptiness and being unloved. I only stayed one night of my stay and got a hotel the next morning."

"I booked the 3 -bedroom penthouse for a night for my family. It was fantastic: Great layout, really well-maintained, and very spacious. The outdoor deck was great. Just downstairs is the beach and a lovely walk to the park and the other way is downtown Sechelt and all the shops. Had a fantastic dinner at Fred’s, the restaurant adjacent to the hotel and overlooking the ocean. Just steps away is a wonderful bistro Vin et Mer. Staff at the Inn were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again....

"The English Bay Hotel is perfectly situated along Vancouver's historic waterfront. The property is also located across the street from Chicken World and Mr. Poutine. What more do you want from a world that is normally so cruel, yet in this instance it hands you immediate access to a world full of delicious Fried Chicken AND the crowned prince of poutine himself, Mr. Poutine? The English Bay Hotel may not be the Ritz Carlton is quality or amenities, but it sure is cheap and in a great location....
