"We booked the room very late in the day due to an emergency at a nearby hospital. We were unable to check in until roughly 9 or 10 pm. The staff left the property gate open as they were expecting us. Once we checked in, they locked the gate. I was very grateful that they had front counter staff so late and left the gate open for us making our late check in very smooth after a long day in the hospital."
