"When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel."

"It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind. The room was perfectly clean. Right in front of the room window, we could see the bell tower of St. Domnius Cathedral. Breakfast was delicious—the bread, fresh vegetables, and local sweets were all satisfyingly tasty. We've never experienced such a wonderful hotel before."

"Beautiful large rooms in a first rate property. This is a five star property in a newly constructed hotel. The friendly front desk service is appreciated. The complete breakfast is buffet style with eggs made to order. Take advantage of arranged transport to the airport. It is the only way to have door to door assistance with luggage."

"An adventure to find. Be sure you have google maps. Terrific location for cafes. 10 minute walk to waterfront. The rooms are very nice. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Pylon Rooms. Room 3 was big enough for 2 of us and the bathroom was fine too. Luka was helpful whenever we needed anything and organised airport transfers both ways with a quick message. Granola at breakfast was good. Would stay again and recommend."

"The staff here are amazing to deal with! Even when when arriving in later at night due to plane being delayed. The staff gave fantastic directions to a place to eat dinner which was also not far from the hotel and very enjoyable. The room was super clean really enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much! "

"Little tricky to find at first, as it's IN the palace and the door isn't especially obvious until you see it. Once you're there it's a fantastic spot, couldn't be closer to the center of everything in that area and the hosts are wonderful."

"Everything has a feeling of quality. Location is good, on a quiet pedestrianised street about 10 minutes walk from the ferry port, front and old town. Our room was spacious and very nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, supportive pillows and plenty of room in the bathroom. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful too, particularly in helping to get my wife’s glasses mended. "Central location and a lot of food options nearby. Property itself was very clean and modern. Host was responsive to my questions. Everything in the old town is within walking distance of the property which makes it easier to pop in and out while you are doing your tour."
