"Expensive but very nice hotel right on the Wharf. Staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Room was clean and large. We stayed for a week. Daily housekeeping was slow and often forgot to restock coffee. However when we mentioned this at checkout they credited the daily "amenity fee" which saved us a couple hundred dollars. Hotel restaurant looked nice but was too expensive for our tastes. However there are tons of dining options on the Wharf."

"This hotel was one of my favorites when it was still the mandarin oriental. It just doesn’t have that same class and grace anymore. The staff are not well trained and everything takes an excessively long time. The food in the lounge was terrible. The cocktails were the same as a pub and lacked craft. Turn down service was completely skipped for me, so I had to call to get additional water and coffee pods. The tv’s do not have chromecast or app capabilities, leaving you with basic cable options....

"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned.
