"All staff members were super friendly, no matter their position – from front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel welcome and safe. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel's own garden provided fresh air and a peaceful vibe. Even though it was fully booked during my stay, I never felt crowded. My kids could safely run around from our room to the playground without any worries, and they absolutely loved feeding the hotel's alpacas and rabbits – they wanted to interact with them...

Staff could not communicate and language was a huge barrier. They did try with their translation app but it really didn’t do justice. Thumbs up for their effortsZ "
