"In our room the toilet paper holder was broken. The corner of the mirror in the bathroom was falling apart. There was Tape on the smoke detector. Scuff mark on the wall and closet doors and inside the closet. Bottom of the pool was falling apart. The breakfast was good and beds were comfortable. The things I mentioned in the room were present when we checked in it was not our doing."

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very cozy. Everything was well taken care of, and we felt very welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!"

"Staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Great location in the heart of Intercourse- surrounded by great shopping. Visit here every year and always look forward to our stay here!!!!"

"I stayed at the Red Caboose motel as a child. 40 years later, it is still a really neat and unusual place to stay. A lot of remodeling has been done on the cabooses in that time, but the amenities are great. Staff was very attentive and friendly -- you know, the kind of staff that enjoys their job and make it show every time. Our caboose had four bunks, a double bed, TV, A/C, electric baseboard heat, a hot shower, nice bathroom sink, fridge/freezer, microwave. We enjoyed our stay and look...

"Very clean, very respectffull staff, except a front desk staff. On my second day I went to the front desk to request extra shampoo and hair conditioning small bottles and the arriving to work, front desk staff said" What do yo want?" I got quiet and I did not respond to her derogatory comment. After giving me 2 of each bottles, she asked me in a professional tone" if I have sufficient shampoo and conditioning? and I told her, Thank you! Her attitud and unprofessional and derogatory demeanor...

"Quiet, clean facilities. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of food choices at breakfast and it was well maintained. We always stay here when we visit. This time was particularly memorable because my boyfriend lost his new ring. We were beside ourselves when we got home. After calling the hotel, housekeeping actually found the ring and after several calls and emails, I was able to arrange a UPS pick up. We are delighted and so grateful for their help and support."
