"Location is perfect, right in front of a metro station and shopping around but quiet soundproofed rooms. Bedroom, bathroom, living room were all spacious and beautifully decorated. Beds and couches were super comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Everything was very clean especially the bed linens. Staff was super nice and very helpful. An amazing stay! "

"If you’re traveling to Lisbon in winter and want to stay in Alfama, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. We stayed in a 5-star Airbnb for the first half of our trip and it was honestly miserable (no fault of the host). Most buildings are very old, and heating is minimal—if you’re used to U.S. heating systems, it can be really hard to adjust. It’s also very common that you can’t run more than one appliance at a time. We spent the second half of our stay at this hotel, and what a difference....
