"You have to pay for everything apart from the parking. Shower is poor for 4 stars. No pressure from rainfall shower or main shower to wash hair. The doors slam and disturb sleep. The coffee in the room is poor. Restaurant is expensive. Lifts are terrible at giving priority. We waited 10 minutes for a lift as theres 3 lifts for 6 floors and 200 guests. Outdoor poor is a little dirty. Room air con wasn't over the bed and only cooled the door not us. Bathrobes are old and need replacing. Overall a tired hotel trying to be 4 star but more 3 star. Beautiful location with spacious room and fridge but needs updating. Husband has a cold from the aircon as it was mouldy"
