"Check in staff was nice and friendly. Got me extra glass and bowl to the room. During check in they called me at 11:30 while checkout on Expedia was listed as 12. The location is perfect. Close to train station. Most sightseeing in walking distance. However a lot of noise from neighboring rooms especially when they close door or move chairs around in the tile."

"This is a high-end destination place with a wonderful pool. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo... "We loved it so much. I traveled with my andult daughter annd she loved it ans well. Everything was perfect. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We couldn’t have had a better stay. Breakfast was so good and the choices were plentiful and fresh. The room was beautiful and clean. The grounds were so pretty. We couldn’t stop taking pictures. Loved everything about our stay. "
