"The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. I arrived to the hotel and the check in process was easy. Once arriving I attempted to use my key to access the room and it did not work. I was approached in the parking lot by a man with a backpack trying to sell touchscreen laptops, which was uncomfortable and felt unsafe. "The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfy. We asked for a 2 queen. Not sure if all the 2 queen rooms are like this or if it was a suite of some kind, but it had a nice sofa and ottoman that could seat 2 and a nice little tea/coffee bar with a sink that was separate from the bathroom sink. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. Breakfast was notably better than most, serving two meat choices daily, the fruit salad was super fresh. The biscuits...

"The breakfasts were very good but I think they should have went until 10:00 am because some people don't get up until 9:00 am. The receptionist was very friendly & polite. The location was cost to the airport which was great for me."

"The breakfast menu had plenty of choices and options and we were there for two nights, and each breakfast was a bit different in the hot cooked item choices. We did use the hottub in the mid afternoon and it did not feel very warm. Wished it was hotter. but the jets worked great. The king size bed mattress was very comfortable to sleep on."

A place to stay and sleep before hitting the road."

"Front desk staff tried to rectify issues,but unable to do to lack of items. Started with tissue box being empty, Front Desk was able to finally find a box. Next, I went to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was empty. Took it to the Front Desk, they didn't have a replacement, gave a handful of hotel size body wash to use as hand soap. The next morning, I went to shower and found a used wash cloth hanging on the shower water handles. This leads me to believe that the room/restroom had not been...

"The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the staff member was friendly and helpful with checking in after hours. The hotel is in poor condition. The room was stuffy, paint was chipped, there were stains and stuff all over the walls, the desk area was pulling away from the wall, the carpet was shredded in a couple of areas, and the bathtub did not appear clean, maybe it was stained. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the conditions of the room."
