"This is an older property but well maintained. The rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing. My friend and I were there for one might. When my friend woke up she was very sick and asked me to reserve her room for another day. The staff was most helpful. I was afraid my friend would have to move rooms. She didn't have to move. Long story short; my friend decided she wanted to go home (3 hours away). I went back to see if I could get a refund and there was no issues. The staff was sooooo nice....

"The hotel over all waw ok, There were a few things that I thought was really bad. The room cost us $200 a night, and you would think for that cost, they could afford to have ice for customers. Every ice machine in the hotel had a out of order sign on them. If you needed ice you had to go to the front desk and ask for ice, and they would give you a little bag of ice just big enough to fit in the palm of your hand, what a joke!! Then when we get up to the room, which was nice, the bedspread had...
