"The elevator and the halls leading to the room were dirty and people were hanging around in the halls. When we got to the room, the bedspread was gray with dirty brown stains all over it. There were long stands of hair on the pillow. The wall next to the bed clearly had never been cleaned, you could see long stains all down the wall. There was no way we could stay."

"Room was clean but there was some mold on the bathtub crevices. Elevator needs some attention. Every time we got in we wondered if that would be the time we fell to our death and we weren’t the only ones. Every single person made the same comments. The pool is wonderfully warm which is amazing but it needs to be cleaned. All the water needs to go and a good scrub down of the entire pool and floors. You can see kids foot prints in the not so hot, hot tub. Breakfast was okay. Normal. Nice staff"

"Before we even walked in, we noticed that some windows were hanging open with tennis shoes hanging out of the window. The yard lights were broken, specifically the one by the swimming pool, which was laying on the ground next to the light post. The walk-in door for guest on one side that says the door is locked 24 hours never locked. That is dangerous to guest where the hotel surrounds an empty building with a loose tire sitting in the front door. The back door to this building was blowing in the wind, so we were afraid of what was going on inside. Was this an old restaurant? When inside, the building smelled like skunk spray. Possibly, rodents were inside due to the walk-in door not latching closed? The soap next to the bathroom sink said body wash, not hand soap. The bath tubs are on some kind or riser. The tubs are high, which poses a danger to older people. The floor tiles, some plastic wood, was loose as it had gotten wet. The ends pushed up and down when walking on it. The toilet was not screwed to the floor, so when in use, it moved. We tried to cancel, but hotels.com could not help us because we walked into the hotel. The pictures online looked nothing like this hotel in real life. The pool water was gray. The parking lot had lots of holes in it. Open space next to the air conditioner where rodents can come through the wall. I wouldn't expect anyone to pay to stay here."
