"The staff was great but there were things out of their control that they could do nothing about. Firstly, the location is debatable. Though located within an area that makes it walkable to many places, the homeless, mentally ill, and shady characters that loiter within a several block radius leaves a lot to be desired. "We really liked the location of the hotel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We were offered free water and coffee throughout the stay as well. We got the superior room with the balcony and that size was great for us. The rooms were cleaned daily and that was great. The only negative thing was there was very little soundproof, but that didn't take away from our experience. I would stay again at Hotel Aria."
