"The experience was amazing! Maristella was great at communicating prior to check in prior to arrival and day of stay. She was responsive to requests. I had to stay an extra day because of train strike and though she had nothing available, she made a wonder recommendation. I loved the area of town my stay was in. It was convenient to everything. "We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! "

"Genial. Habitacion remodelada, todo bastante nuevo y limpio. A un paso de la estacion de tren, 50 metros, que va muy bien para la visita a las Cinque Terre y a 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Desayuno en local cercano muy correcto. El dueño un tio muy agradable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda y ayudar."
