Was walkable in each direction either to Main Street or to train station. Easy walk to waterfront. Breakfast was included and was good with lots of options. Great place to stay if you want to access cinque terra by train. Would recommend.

Really nice stay.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and very clean. will def use it again if I go back there. Super close to the high street and shops. About 10 minutes walk from the station. Staff very friendly and breakfast very nice.

Amazing Hotel, location is great, just next to shopping and restaurants Main Street. Ferry terminal and train station is short walk away. Service is amazing with friendly and helpful staff!!

Very very very small showers. The property employees were excellent accommodating us by moving us to a bigger room (of course we had to pay the difference, no problem) but the shower was the same size. Will definitely stay there again.

Loved this stay. Im not sure why the negative reviews. Stayed with my 4 adult children and it was perfect. Breakfast was great. Clean. Civilized. :) close to train and centro. Particularly loved Sara at reception. I have nothing negative to say but if i had to the only thing was the noise at night from residential area. But it was a Saturday night and we kept our windows open. Highly recommend

The reception staff was super. Room was cool and clean. Hotel is so close to so much. La Spezia centrum is magnificent. Very close to castle with superb views. Can’t wait to come back and spend more time.

Nice for over night stopover

The room was very nice and clean, and the staff were pleasant. However, there were no self-service laundry facilities as mentioned in the description — only paid laundry service. The shower was quite small, and unfortunately, there’s no real view from the room. The bedroom door opens to a large unfinished porch that faces other buildings so closely you could talk to the neighbors. Suggestion: It would be lovely if the porch floor were finished and decorated with fairy lights and some greenery or small trees to create a garden feel and add privacy.

This hotel was very nice and had easy access to the city center. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was excellent. The only minor issues were leaky showers and the AC didn't really work all that well. Other than that, we would say there again!

This is a good hotel if you are staying in La Spezia. It is close to the main strip which is minutes from the dock in one direction and minutes from the city centre in the other. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My son left his cell phone in our cab when we checked out and left for the train and the front desk staff helped us track it down and get it to us in our next location. The only criticism I have is the bathrooms are really tight, especially the showers. I am 5’11 and I found it tight.
