"Location molto bella e personale molto gentile. Alcune note da sistemare: servirebbe qualche mobile/cassetto in più… ok la dimensione della camera, ma è praticamente impossibile sistemare i bagagli. Una delle luci sopra il comodino era rotta. Altra nota, ma di difficile sistemazione: al mattino l’area colazione, di fianco alle camere, può dare leggermente fastidio. "

"Een goede en schone kamer in het centrum van La Spezia, op loopafstand van het station.
De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet.
Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt.
Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant.
De eigenaar neemt voor aankomst contact op via Whats app en geeft dan...

"Great location, newly renovated modern apartment. Partial sea views. This apartment is self-check in, which if you follow the information sent is easy to follow. The apartment is up a very inclined set of stairs on the 5th floor. This can be a challenge with luggage and going in and out all day, however, the apartment was totally worth it. "

"The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was clean. The only hope as for an iron. Good location and close to La Sepia Centrale."

"Chambre super propre. C’est littéralement à 1, 2 ou 3 minutes à pied de la gare de train (selon l’immeuble dans lequel vous serez logé). Très pratique pour visiter les villages des Cinque Terre en train, mais aussi le reste de la ville de La Spezia, qui se parcourt très facilement à pied. Le personnel est très réactif et poli. Très agréable de pouvoir se faire un petit thé ou café directement dans sa chambre. La salle de bain est au goût du jour et, je le répète, d’une propreté absolue ! Merci."
