"Nice hotel close to everything. Appreciated that they had parking available for a fee (need to reserve ahead of time) since parking around the hotel is very hard to find. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Had a really nice breakfast and was well located."

"Beautiful Hotel and great location to explore on the Cinque Terre Ferry system."

"The room was cozy and clean. We really enjoyed the view and being away from the noise and crowds of the city. I would return without hesitation."

"Great spot while exploring Cinque Terre. Very peaceful hotel with a shuttle to town and the train station!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Penseone Sorriso, the staff were pleasant and very helpful, Avelina, Matteo and Wesly. The location is perfect it's nearby the train station. The Breakfast were great too. Highly recommended."

"El hotel es excelente... menos de 5 minutos caminando de la estación del tren. El desayuno incluido sensacional. Las habitaciones confortables y limpias. El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuestos a servirte y ayudarte.! 100% recomendable para tu estadía visitando las Cinque Terre (el mejor punto de partida para este plan)."

"Paolo and Michele were available and accommodating. Met us at the train which is very short walk to the property. Can’t say enough about our room! The view from our terrace was postcard worthy. We would absolutely choose this property again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Riomaggiore."

"-Muy cómodo, céntrico y limpio"

"Giovanni is a good manager. The room was clean and the view was nice. However it's right on top of the hill. finding the address is not easy as the entrance is in a narrow back alley, it is a sharp uphill and the place has a tight stairs that are not suitable for heavy luggage. Younger folx may enjoy it more."

"Bien situé et très propre."

"Great hotel, near the busy areas of Monterosso, yet very quiet."

"Tres belle accueil, Très propre excellent petit déjeuner et proche de tout"

"This stay was everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and considerate. My only advice to travelers is to consider taking a taxi to get there, as the walk from the train station (and vice versa) is about a half hour, mostly uphill."

"Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. "Everything was amazing the accommodations were great and the breakfast was nice!"

"We felt..special. The land, sea, rolling green hills, church bells, birds; a true haven of quiet retreat. Exceptional morning buffet! Transportation & communication impeccable. Accommodations very lovely. A special thanks to Anita (sp?) for bringing the family history and sculptures/art alive! And Pier (?), we selected one of your recommendations, Osteria Tumelin, for our farewell seafood lunch. Bravo! We’ll be back & will recommend you!"

"Just a fantastic hotel with great views, a great restaurant, pool, access to hiking and free mini bus transportation down and up the hill to Monterosso. Beach is nice, easy access to train and I highly recommend taking the boat ride with Stefano who you will find in the marina. Great hotel, very clean."
