"Great stay! Only 15min from Capital Reef NP. We arrived in town around 4pm and had no problems checking in. Room was also clean with extra everything (towels, toiletries, etc.). Although the shops were closed (early March), we had no problem staying in our room for the day because it was so cozy. Only problem were the thin walls—we heard our neighbors talking past quiet time and in the early morning hours, so we weren’t able to sleep as much."

"Quel établissement. Le cadre est splendide. La propriétaire est charmante, sympa et plein de conseils. Les chambres sont jolies et la vue incroyable. Un petit paradis sur terre. Le seul bémol est la literie avec un lit 2 places un peu petit. Mis à part ça, c’est un pur bonheur et je n’ai qu’une envie, revenir à Hatch, au Riverside Ranch"

"Manager at front desk did not let my stepson check-in even though I had prepaid for the room through Expedia. He was unable to stay at the hotel. This is inconsistent with Model 6 policies, as I later verified with the parent company."

"Nice comfortable bed. Gentleman checking us in was friendly and helpful. The only thing is the sofa in the room was really dirty. This is an older drive up motel that has been redone. For the price, we'll stay here again. "

"Never stay here! The reviews are very deceptive. The hot tub is the only reason we chose to stay and it doesn’t even work which is probably a good thing after seeing how disgusting the rooms are! Hair in the sheets, tub and toilet looked like it has NEVER been cleaned. We up and left it was so bad and they never helped with a discount or our money back. I would rather sleep in the horse compartment of my horse trailer!!!! "

"The room was clean, I'll start with that. The door handle to the bathroom was installed wrong so at first I thought I was locked in the bathroom but you had to turn the knob up. AC didn't work, you had to turn it off and back on and then it would only blow cold air for 5 mins. There wasn't any ice or hot water. We called the multiple numbers available that was taped to the front door and no one returned the call. Hotel lobby has limited hours, hence why we called about hot water. Wouldn't stay...
