"Well my room was really dated. The colour of paint was really dark. The fireplace was absolutely beautiful. The bed was extremely comfy. The Jaquzi is amazing. Just found it was expensive for what u got. "

"Walking distance to skiing gondola. However, there was in incident happened when we stayed. There were loud drilling and nailing noise very close to our room at midnight, 4 am and 5 am. That loud noise woke us up several times. Not sure if it’s part of the property’s problem. It’s a problem for us to return to this property though."

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room...

"The location is amazing right at the base of the slopes, so it’s super easy to get around. The amenities are great, especially the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs after a long day. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall, it’s a super comfortable and convenient place to stay. "
