"The property is pretty modern for the area. The hotel is relatively small, owned by a super kind famliy- they're very sweet and generous. The room is well equipped and clean, basic toiletries and towels are provided, and there's an AC, tv, mini fridge, and kettle. It also has a small balconey overlooking the garden. "Outdoor seating areas, private and communal. Beautiful view of Mt Ararat is, alone, worth staying here. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is lovely. Rooms are on the 14th and 15th floors of the 15 story building, with elevator and exterior, (nice, cute) winding iron stair between floors from the breakfast room extensive outdoor patio, to the 14th floor outdoor area. Rooms also on the 2nd floor. Three stairs to get to the lobby with a makeshift steep ramp, too steep to wheel luggage."
