I have to command an employee Tatiana for her superb service! I forgot my insulin in the fridge when we left. We travelled from Sitges to Torremolinos by train. She contacted me before we reached the train station to let me know that they are holding my insulin in the fridge. She worked with me to arrange the DHL same they pick up and have the meds shipped to my hotel in Torremolinos. She packaged it and personally handed it to the courier. She texted me that DHL picked it up before even DHL notified me. Tatiana contacted me the next day to make sure I received my package (which I did). She did not have to do any of that. She truly went an extra mile for me! Through years every stay we had at the Subur was amazing! Thank you Subur staff! See you next year! :-)"
