"The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful and we managed to check in an hour early, we dropped our bags off and checked in and they called us when our room was ready as we were there early. The room was very clean and ideal for what we needed, it was a little tired and a little noisy with the road outside, we were only there for one night for a concert and it was walking distance so perfect for getting back when it’s impossible to get a taxi or Uber. "Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet: Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Küchenutensilien. Putzsachen, falls man selbst mal kehren muss, und sogar Bügeleisen und-Brett. Das Zimmer wird nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Wir hatten zu viert reichlich Platz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut und es war für alle etwas dabei. "Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...
