Hotel had an excellent location next to ski slopes. Also had a good choice of restaurants to go to. Evenings had pubs to attend and fine dining at Helen restaurant was nice. Staff was pleasant. Pre-paid reservation. When we pulled up for check-in, the hotel was closed and clearly under construction. Upon checking into another hotel, we learned that water pipes had burst during the recent storm. Neither hotel itself or Hotels.com are helpful with the matter; both pointing at the other.
