"This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. "When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! "Friendly staff clean"

"Only they stayed here one night as we were traveling down to South Carolina, but I thought the hotel was beautiful easy check in with a digital key. They had a beautiful pool with hot tub and they had a very nice gym. My husband went and enjoyed the breakfast, although I didn’t get to go down to look at it, but he did say it was very good.!! Easy access right off i95!! Great hotel! Nice price. Clean rooms! "

"Excellent staff. Rooms a bit shabby but tolerable. Breakfast below average. Yogurt machine inoperative. Only white highly processed bread limited selection of quality food. Coffee was excellent. Limited condiments "

"This was a very nice hotel. Rooms were very large, bathroom set up was great, and it was very clean. We stayed in the side facing the interstate, and it was a little loud with trucks at times. Only real feedback we would have is in regard to the food service workers in food court and sports bar. The service was a little slow and a few weren’t sure how to serve the products in the area they were working. This was not the case however at the fine dining restaurant."

"The breakfast wasnt bad. The eggs were just overcooked. Overall our visit was good. Bring your own pillows if you care about comfort. The doors slam no matter what you do, so it’s annoying when you hear it during the night. The staff was all very pleasant and accommodating! "

"Asked for a new comforter as ours had hard spots throughout bc it was so old. We were given two sheets. No extra pillows when we requested and breakfast wasn’t the greatest either. Staff was friendly and pool was nice though "

"Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Renovations were going on in the Hotel, but actions did not hamper our visit. Would come here again and recommend to others"

"The air stopped working the first night we were there. We didnt realize until the next morning when i called about how to work the thermostat, because we thought we were doing something incorrectly. I made the second reservation as i was told by diane it was being worked on and be resolved soon."
