"Personnel très agréable.
Chambre très bien.
Machine à café à disposition et à volonté gratuitement.
Petit déjeuner varié : sucré et salé.
Pour le sucré, produits pas haut de gamme (confitures "Bonne maman", petits au chocolat certainement décongelés), mais ça fait bien le job."

"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did.
Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"Hotel Empire was the perfect stay for us. The location is most convenient; the room was comfortable and clean; the staff was helpful, efficient, and friendly; the included breakfast was excellent. If you are visiting Luxemborg via train or plane, the front door of the hotel is literally across the street from the train station tram stop - it runs every few minutes and is only a couple minutes to the city center (which is also walking distance, but with free excellent public transport no need)....
